“ OK to begin with we have absolutely no complaints about the food. We have been going to Riccardi's for years and it is always excellent. We have even had them cater a number of of family functions and eveyone always raves about the food. My complaint has to do with us using a Dining Book coupon on Ash Wednesday. Believe it or not we were told that Ash Wednesday is a holiday and therefore could not use the coupon...WHAT??? Is it a Federal holiday? a State holiday? a City holiday? a Town holiday? a Religious holiday? NOPE none of these apply so what gives? How ridiculous to exclude using the Dine Out book coupon with this excuse! C'mon Riccardi's you have been in busy since the 70's..I'm sure you have been wildly prosperous...so do you really need to nickle and dime your customers with such a poor excuse. If I had been in a different mood I would have asked to speak with the manager directly but as it was , being the start of Lent and all, I decided to just let it go. ”
“ I had never been here before, so I went in with an open mind. They had a sign on the door warning guests that they are low in staff; so be patient. I don't like to rush when dining, so I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did! Every bit of my meal was really good. They give you a large portion of garlic bread. The anti-pasta dish was fresh ingredients. The pasta with meat sauce was okay. It was a suggested dish, but I want to try just their tomato sauce, as I am a huge critic when it comes to that. The ambiance was low light, fireplace in the center of the restaurant, quiet and no crowded seating. This is truly a hidden gem! I'm going back. ”
“ Only thing I've had at this location has been pizza. My parents really like this place so I've had it 4-5x on various occasions when visiting. It's pretty good but a bit thin. I would compare it to a ma raffas style thin crust. I will have to go in sometime and try other stuff but that being said if my parents have been going there for 20+ years then it must be good. ”
“ The food and the service was amazing. We were just passing through on our way to another town and wanted to grab a bite to make the last hour of our trip a little easier. There wasn't too much of a wait. The staff was all friendly. The restaurant looks a little dated, but that adds to the charm. Definitely going to visit again if we get the chance. ”
